Popular Post Ankit_sharma03
Every day their is a new inside story breaking out, WTF is going on ???? Such things happen in PCB 1st news came out that they are looking to replace kohli post t20Wc BCCI denied it Kohli stepped down himself Then one after another inside stories started leaking He wanted Rohit removed from VC Players are not happy with him One senior has complained He had a tiff with batting coach They are looking to get back kumble WTF is BCCI trying to do ?? Just before a Wc are they trying to create a divide in the team ?? Why leak kumble reconsideration theory- just to piss off ur captain. Who in their sane mind wud wanna piss off a captain right before a WC IF BCCI is so serious about secrecy then how are these news still coming out one after another. Fine one got leak but it isnt just stopping I hve been a critic of his captaincy but i dnt endorse this nonsense. All this news leak is just trying to create pressure on Kohli who is not only ur captain but best t20 batsman as well. These things shud never get out of meetings. He may not have won tournaments but doesnt mean he has done badly as captain. This is too muchh Ganguly shud know better as during his time also things kept getting leaked kruiser, Adamant, Khota and 7 others 4 6 Link to comment
javier26
I don't understand why some BCCI sources are deliberately leaking inside info to the media. Is it to put pressure on Kohli ? But why ? Kohli is still the Captain and main member of the side, and if BCCI has any plan for the future they should be upfront about it to Kohli rather than putting pressure on him through their sources in the media. BCCI is playing some weird mind games with their own Captain like some political party. This also indicates that Kohli's best days as an authoritative figure of Indian Cricket are about to end soon. wanted_desi
Honestly, a lot more will start to come out with time. It will be time for shift of power, and such things happen. I can even go to say that there is possibility that Kohli might have hard time to even be in WC23 team if his form remains same. beetle and nevada 2 Link to comment

Adamant
Bcci is trying hard to portray these tactical moves as 'leaks'. Lol If this leads to Kohli's departure from loi captaincy then I am Ok with it, he needs to focus on batting. Link to comment

Lone Wolf
Clearly he has a fallout with Ganguly/Shah & they are pissed & are trying to show who's the boss. Kohli is a powerful figure in Indian cricket & taking him on requires good strategy & execution. BCCI so far doing that wonderfully. Great work nevada and raki05 2 Link to comment
nevada
Par for the course to bring down a power hungry, narcissistic dictator. He should have resigned from all formats to focus on his batting but he knows that as a pure batter he doesn't merit a place. He is trying to buy time to regain batting form and keep his place secure. beetle, sorak and raki05 3 Link to comment

Sean Bradley
Kohli is reaping what he sowed, Unprofessional or not, I am happy that someone at BCCI has grown a pair to tell Kohli that hes not invincible and bigger than the game. beetle, raki05 and nevada 3 Link to comment

ShoonyaSifar
As you sow, so shall you reap. For the last 4-5 years, Kohli camp has manipulated public opinion through planted stories in media about individuals. Now is the payback time. Nothing wrong if such stories come out. Infact it's a necessity to ensure no one is seen as the only savior of Indian cricket. For far too long, he's hada free run. At some stage, the merry ride had to get over. nevada, beetle, Lord and 1 other 4 Link to comment

The ones who support him will continue to do so and the ones who don't won't budge an inch. This makes zero sense. Also Kohli might himself step down so all this would reflect poorly on BCCI.
