BCCI handling of this Kohli Episode has been nothing short of PCB level of unprofessionalism

Recommended Posts

I don't understand why some BCCI sources are deliberately leaking inside info to the media. Is it to put pressure on Kohli ? But why ? Kohli is still the Captain and main member of the side, and if BCCI has any plan for the future they should be upfront about it to Kohli rather than putting pressure on him through their sources in the media.

BCCI is playing some weird mind games with their own Captain like some political party.

This also indicates that Kohli's best days as an authoritative figure of Indian Cricket are about to end soon.

India = petty politics. And Rohit is mumbaikar worst regional politics comes from Mumbai no wonder.

Exactly. We will stand at the absolute bottom, if you rate all the societies by Meritocracy. This is not just in our old babudom, but also in our shiny overhyped private enterprises.

Why is this unprofessional? If you don't know how modern day PR works best to not put your knowledge to test!

As you sow, so shall you reap. For the last 4-5 years, Kohli camp has manipulated public opinion through planted stories in media about individuals. Now is the payback time.

Nothing wrong if such stories come out. Infact it's a necessity to ensure no one is seen as the only savior of Indian cricket. For far too long, he's hada free run. At some stage, the merry ride had to get over.

Actually this makes perfect sense. By making the public aware of Kohli's shenanigans, there won't be an outcry when he is dismissed.

Do ya really think so?

The ones who support him will continue to do so and the ones who don't won't budge an inch.

This makes zero sense.

Also Kohli might himself step down so all this would reflect poorly on BCCI.
