Why do Pakistani fans and media always whinge and try to find out external reasons like umpiring blunders on their every loss against us? We have lost to them on multiple occasions like CT2017, T20WC 2021, Asia cup 2022 but we never behave like this.

It a natural reaction after such a high profile close game which could have gone either way on that umpire's decisions but that's why we have neutral umpires, we have to accept the decision , Indians fans would have done the same if they were in that situation . But, in few days , no one will remember the controversy, India's win and Kohli's masterpiece will be remembered.

Waqar has a valid point and this was not expected from such an experienced and good umpire. I would give him a negative point on my evaluation on Erasmus's  performance in this match.

Actually if you see that replay again Erasmus isn’t even looking at Kohli when Kohli is asking for the no-ball, he immediately turns around in the direction of the ball to confirm whether that went for a six or a four or was caught. Only after that he signals the no ball. He had made up his mind as soon as the ball was delivered waist high that it was a no-ball and was just waiting to confirm the boundary (as is routine)

It's a religious battle for them. Cannot accept defeat. Have to blame the other side
