He has impressive domestic stats but to his bad luck De Kock emerged at the same time and cemented his place as WK bat.

That’s history man. Dhoni has regressed real bad. Even Azharuddin when he was playing in his last few years was better than dhoni. I remember him taking Akhtar to cleaners in 1999 WC.

Even Shastri was better than him as that was expected from him tht he ll play 120 ball 50 runs.

Yeah white ancestry to South Africa can be traced primarily to Dutch (who were called the 'Afrikaners') and English roots.   He's more likely to be Dutch.

very apt OP. Dhoni is atg, even in last game he had second best strike rate for his 42 @ 97...amazing playa. if not for the wet ball and kohli not giving bumrah some middle overs, we could have won.

Klassen showed the urgency to finish the game ASAP and not do stupid stunts like taking it to the last over...that alone makes Klassen > Dhoni 2018

 

However it is just 1 game...he has to perform a few more games before he is mentioned in the same breath as MSD as the body of work speaks for itself....Klassen has not played enough.
