When every other team tries U-19 youngsters and other thrash players they play their main players in every random game even against Zim and WI d sides. On the phorum, I saw how Pakistan were number 1 ranked in T20 and had gone undefeated for 11 series or whatever blah blah - India were on a similar streak (are?) and no-one even knew. Pakistan also play the most minnows in the format (or they play severely understrength teams like West Indies D in Pakistan) and as you said, they are usually the only ones to play full strength sides.
