Rohit Captainy + Dhoni captaincy + Kohli batting that is what we have now. HE is already consulting both of them.

While Rohit adds +25 runs to the team as captain Kohli takes away 25 runs from the team as captain. So overall replacing Kohli with Sharmaji would add 50 runs to our team

Kohli the bat is a one man army but I agree with the OP’s sentiment. Rohit’s bat might have created World records but his brain has singlehandedly created history “the slow ball Yorker heard around the world and won us the Aussie test series”

Kohli Batsmen - Captain = Better off for us. Either way, him captaning is the same as Dhoni captaning for us. Gives him so many peptalks during the match.

Rohit to decide on field setting, Dhoni can provide inputs. Virat should man the third man and not be in slips.  thank you.
