The hate kohli and team india gets it appears that team has been loosing everywhere let's have a look at real facts

Tests 

In india unbeatable only lost 1 match ever under kohli have beaten every test nation 

Away won in sri Lanka twice won in wi twice won in Australia nz yet to play. 

Ok lost in sa but in first test came very close to win just lost by a whisker and abdv was in God mode

Engalnd lost but lost 2 alive matches by very less margin of 50 runs 

And lets be honest it's not that india was winning everywhere before kohli

Won odi series in sa aus nz wi sl

always winning every series in india

 

Ok lost world Cup but maybe England was destined to win it also reached sf

 

I can't recall many losses under kohli he has done really well give him some credit

We lost CT also....was that also destined for Pak who is a very poor side compare to us

This team can be even more strong if some of the deadwoods  are removed , which he is not doing and favours a few .

 Bring in Shaw , Saini, Pant to T20  - That will be a gun team 

Bring in Shaw, Gill and another Leggie /Offie  to the ODI set up 

 

With those teams India will do better than now under any captain be it Rohit , Shreyas, Bhumra , KL . 

If you want to Judge him , Judge him with  world title games .

Between 2007 and 13 i.e. 6 yrs India won 3 ICC trophy which translates to one every two years.

 

Kohli has been captain for almost 5 yrs now.

Captain n coach are as good as their team but their is another side as well its what they also do with given resources. If steve waugh or ponting was given bangladesh team their results wud have been different so its better to analyze how they use their resources then looking at blatant results.

For all the number Kohli n shastri hasnt been able to make most of the talent avl in India

The very fact that despite having arguably the strongest team in Indian LOI history we are losing every tournament is very frustrating. A better captain would have won every tournament from t20 wc to CT to ODI WC. Dhoni did all 3 with lesser bowlers and a more average  batting line up

- his instinct is to attack prematurely as captain , have a select pool of favourites and constant change causing poor outcomes .

 

a lesser talented captain with a real coach support would get us twice the trophies 

the cup was not England’s or Pak to win 

 

- u loose it when u decide to bat second 

- u loose when u don’t get strike bowlers together and keep Shami out 

- u loose it when u play duds like rayudu and shankar and karthick in middle order instead of grooming the pants and Ayers and the Samson’s
