Very good choice.

Vinay Kumar was instrumental to Karnataka regaining it's dominant position as a domestic force working with coach J. Arun Kumar.

Yes and although he played one test he picked the wicket of warner who thrashed us to pulp In perth..

I'd rather trust the outputs from the Vinay K school of fast bowling than those of the Baggage K trundler factory who more than likely will break down or malfunction

No he didn't. It was Sharma who got him in the end. Warner lofted Vinny for a straight six though

Both of them have done wonders for their state side in ranji. I agree not a bad pick at all. It would be if he joined as a bowler lol

Vinay Kumar is a domestic legend, seasoned campaigner. Pretty sure he will do a good job, since he probably knows our domestic system better than most. MI ne kiya hai, soch samajhkar hi kiya hoga.

and he has been in domestic circuit for Karnataka which is producing great talent at grass root level

Guys who've spent a lot of time in domestic cricket are always good options as talent scouts. Good choice.

Not convinced.

Why would someone who spent a lot of time playing domestic ( presume you mean Ranji) cricket be a good scout as far as talent is concerned in T20s?

Much rather have a veteran player from the TNPL scout for T20 talent for :mi: .
