Chahal cannot be dropped. Pandya can be dropped. Pandya is dispensable, Chahal is not.

 

IF you choose to play Bumrah-Bhuvneshwar-Kuldeep-Chahal-Jadeja, you have 5 consistent threats who each economy rate under 5. I can assure that IF we play these 5 bowlers, the combined synergy will be such that it will be IMPOSSIBLE for the opposition to score over 240 in 50 overs.

Play Rohit-Dhawan-Rahul-Kohli-Jadhav-Dhoni-Jadeja-Bhuv-Kul-Cha-Bum.

 

As much as I support Pant, I would play Pant ahead of Jadhav only. Dhoni in a final, has increased threat of effecting crucial stumpings of specialist batsmen to spinners that Pant may not be capable of.

when batsmen starts hitting him , he will keep tossing the ball even more .. physical and mental midget

Good team except Jadhav.I am not sold on him.He will be smashed in England.Pant in place of Kedar should be tried in the remaining 15-20 games left before WC.

Should be horses for courses selection and not a given every game. For example if we are playing SA, which spinners do I want? The two wristies every day. If we are playing a sub continental team, I wouldn't be so keen.

Can't have four spinners in your XI when playing in England (Kul-cha-jadeja-jadhav)

 

Instead, have the same team.. But Bring Pandya back.. and rotate Jadeja and Chahal.

 

You get batting till 8 (although there are middle order passengers)

You get 5 bowlers + jadhav

Jadeja in the field is always useful

We will actually need 4 seamers including Pandya and you are asking for three spinners in WC. WC will be played early summer need to keep in mind.

Three spinners is fine and in fact a great idea if you want to play Division 4 cricket with Panama with games being played in dust bowl of Uganda where Oshinde. If we are touring Uganda, we must prepare with 3 spinners.

Chahal is a waste. If you look at last three matches, seamers have taken more wickets. So Khaleel should be playing in place of this mediocrity.

Pandya as a lower order hard hitting batsmen and a bowler who can bowl 140+, along with the ability to take great catches and create run outs, provides unique value ....  usually specialist compete for specialist slots

Drop chahal and play jaddu as a bowling ar stick with pandya n jadhav and play khaleel as 3rd specialist pacer along bhuvi and bumrah.

N pandya is indispensable

he alone can play on his power hitting in this team , find me one better power hitter in this country

These chahal, bhuvis and pandyas are all overrated. All are master of soft wickets and you will know how they struggle during 2019 worldcup when batsman will play them carefully first and slog them in end.

I am.not against chahal at all but it is all abt team combination..When he is pitted agaisnt inform Jadega than he looses out as jadega is a Gun fielder, much more experienced and can tonk the bowling at no. 7. Chahal can be in the squad of 15 though

 

This way pandya can be our 6th bowler & we are not forced to play Jadhav either.Plus we can play 3rd proper seamer

 

Dhawan/rohit/rahul/kohli/Dhoni/Pandya/Jadega/Bhuvi/kuldeep/Shami/Bumrah

 

Khalil/Pant/Chahal/Jadav

 

.If wicket falls early send Rahul at 3 otherwise kohli..
