Gollum
In my mind he is the best keeper since 1998-99 i.e. after I started following the game. Seen Boucher, Gilly, Flower, Moin, Mongia, Latif, Prior etc. In my mind he trumps them all as far as pure wicketkeeping skills are concerned. Obviously there have been better batsmen among keepers but boy are we lucky to have him. Keeping against spinners is the toughest job in the world, even tougher than against quicks. That too when you have bowlers of the quality of Ash and Sir, can't be easy at all. He has taken some blinders of the quicks too. Even Sunny was talking about it in the show today, said that he is a world class keeper and the undisputed best in the world atm. What do fellow ICFers have to say about this? GOAT keeper or GOAT Indian keeper or do we wait and see? express bowling, Mosher, Ironhide and 3 others 6 Link to comment
express bowling
Very good and agile keeper. One of the best in the world now. Was always good keeping to the quicks.... improved a lot keeping to the spinners on turning tracks. Doing a good job with the bat too.... would be interested in seeing how he bats in SA, England, Australia and NZ. Edited August 6, 2017 by express bowling Mosher and Under_Score 2 Link to comment
CG
Best keeper world has seen in the last decade. Link to comment
sscomp32
I would say 8/10 Since the modern game has DRS, keeper becomes the most important guy and saha looks absolutely clueless and lost. Like vivek razdan said in commentary "review ke samay team saha ko dekhti aur saha team ko". He needs to improve this. Also he has improved massively against spin but i would like him to improve more in stumping skills. Link to comment
SK_IH
lol at exaggeration by some, very good keeper but captain needs to show more faith in his batting and play him ahead of ashwin ,he has good batting potential which has not been made use of very good player of spin and one of few ind players who play sweep shot well sscomp32 and Shunya 1 1 Link to comment
Soorma Bhopali
Ian Healy and Rashid Latif's glove work was the best I saw in last 25 years of cricket watching . In early eighties,Syed Kirmani and Jeff Dujon were the best.Sent from my Lenovo TAB 2 A7-30HC using Tapatalk Link to comment
Lannister
The best for Indian I've ever seen. What puts him apart is his athletic ability when it comes to keeping to fast bowlers and this series has shown, he is equally good to spinners too. Until and unless, we don't give chance to new players we will never going to know their full potential. Dhoni said that we don't have ready-made players in order-to keep his arse safe, and here we have some 30+ old player outperforming him in such a short duration. jf1gp_1
his glove work atleast in this test was exceptional, those who think pant can replace him in test should watch todays highlights again sscomp32, Vilander and Under_Score 3 Link to comment

sourab10forever
9.0/10 for keeping skills(esp keeping to spinner on pitches with variable bounce) 5/10 for DRS advise. Mosher, express bowling and Laaloo 3 Link to comment

The thing is we only notice his bad DRS advise when India refers stupidly. He sometimes has given valuable input after which Kohli hasn't reviewed. Overall 5 or 6 out of 10 for DRS brains. sscomp32 1 Link to comment

Mosher
Top class wicket keeping. He was always good in keeping for the pacers but now has been equally good in keeping to the spinners. His batting has been pretty solid too. Lannister, express bowling and Laaloo 1 2 Link to comment
