mohd. musa looks over 25 IMO.  but parag (who turned 16 very recently) looks over 20 to me, both facially and in terms of slow and clumsy  movements.

After 19 I think Pakistanis don't grow at all as their seniors are same size as these lads.  In other countries it's different you can kids in under 19 and men in senior teams.

To be fair though, Pakistanis do age faster than most Indians so you can't really make out if they are actually overaged or not.

Turned 19 when the World Cup started.

Exact one year difference in age on Cricinfo and PCB site

Usually the u-19 kids are more likely to be in a phase where they are eager to flaunt their facial hair.  When I see the likes of Musa, who look like they shaved 5 times before walking out to the field, to make sure that the face is smooth and clear of facial hair, is when it looks more suspicious. 

 

To be fair, the same applies to some of the Indian players as well.  u-19 WC does have a lot of weight from a career perspective which leads to temptation, but I wish that the kids were allowed to compete fairly.
