But they had to be seen as being strict on cheating. PBN Posted March 28, 2018 Posted March 28, 2018 The punishment was set by CA. IPL/BCCI are merely mirroring the ban set by CA. It would look very poorly on BCCI if they didn't also ban them from IPL. What's to say CA would have given the players NOC to play in the IPL in the first place anyways.
