India is losing their potential of world domination due to shoddy leadership. This is arguably the best battery of bowlers we have had. 
 

Ganguly has to show his mettle and take some tough calls. 
 

Rahane - Test Captain. 
Rohit - T 20 and ODI Captain 

 

Dravid - Coach. 
 

change management is always a problem in any organisation especially one that thrives on personalities. But one has to be blind to not see that combo of Kohli and Shastri is nullifying the team’s potential with tactics and selection.

Seeing the current performance & discipline of our fast bowlers, I think we are fine with our current bowling coach Bharat Arun. Maybe we can hire consultants for every tour to help the batsmen or bowlers. 

 

As for Dravid, let him guide the youngsters at the A-level or the U-19 level to progress and be ready for international cricket.

Yeah, tracer bullet is a tiny fish compared to Kohli. I'd be surprised if Ganguly went after him let alone Kohli.

 

Removing Kohli from captaincy is the right thing to do but it's impossible right now even for Ganguly.

Not sure about Rahane as captain. This might be a left field choice but why not Ash? Hes clearly the most intelligent of the lot.

They need to win next two matches to really drive the point home that Virat's captaincy is detrimental to the team. If they somehow manage to break the Gabba fortress, even staunch Virat supporters would have to agree with it

Don't think they'll remove Kohli from tests or ODIs. Might take a call on having Rohit as captain in T20s but it all depends on whether King Kohli agrees.

I want to see Bumrah captain the team at some point.  I think he could be great.

Love the idea of bowler captains but workload/injuries will be a problem, Boom won't be available for all tests especially with this hectic calendar. Just in his 4th year and yet to play a test in India, will be surprised if he plays 60 tests in his career.
