He is essentially saying England bowling put pressure through discipline and forced our batting to crumble, whereas our bowling was not able to do the same.

Not a word on the sustained unacceptable  form of the middle order - what a pathetic loser.

Quote

"It can happen in this country; batting collapses! We thought the pitch was good to bat on, coming on nicely. But the discipline forced mistakes and the pressure was relentless. Difficult to cope when you're not scoring runs. That caused the batting order to crumble," he added.

Quote

"No. Pitch looked good to bat on. When England batted it was a different ball game because we weren't as good with the ball. The result is a reflection of how the teams played in this game. We expected them to bounce back."

There needs to be a facepalm icon. Whatever little he had going on with the bowlers, they will feel demoralized now. I told you, he is going to blame everyone but himself. What a cuunt of the highest order!!!!

Same bowlers has won you lords test!

Kohli has lost it.

to lose it means that he had "it" in the first place. and the only thing he had from the beginning is a god-complex and he's not lost that.

He has some seriously bad influences around him.

He had set some very high performance standards for himself. Now they don't seem to matter for him.

He has mentioned countless  times how his wife from Bollywood has changed his perspective about life 180 deg.

There are some pea brained low IQ feminazis on ICF who get their knickers in a twist and take personal objection to "involving" family.

It is not about "involving" family  in a malicious sense you clowns.

If you have ever worked in your bloody life - you would know that  70 % of the people's career/professional life gets influenced after marriage - for the better or worse.

50 % of my friends who have non-working spouses, have started to work much harder and longer at work with much higher ambition so as to live a lifestyle and fulfill family responsibilities.

The other 50 % who have well earning professional spouses, have lost their professional mojo and ambition because they live off one spouses income and save the entire income of the other and live very comfortably.

This is not to suggest one thing or the other - but a modern spouse has a 100 % impact on your professional life/attitude.

He set high standards for himself in useless matches - like ODI bilaterals. even in the crucial matches at his peak (e.g., WCs), he always kept choking. rat has always been one to feast when easy runs came by and to go missing when hard runs in difficult conditions were needed. it's just that the runs in easy conditions are starting to dry up now due to declining eyesight (perhaps reflexes too).

His wife has definately made him even more bigger loser now..  The passion to play for your country is not there.

He in his mind has achieved everything & demands respect from everyone due to his God complex.   Money fame PR is all that matters to him & of course saying Yes to his wife.
