The tour is a big mistake. How many days between the t20 in WI and warm up match in Sri Lanka? Couple of weeks I think

 

Why flog the players especially those who've played the home tests season? Jadeja for one has been playing non stop for months including the IPL.

I don't think the ratings will be affected...

 

Most people will forget this tournament in a few days, some of our dead wood players will pound West Indies, and the selectors will be satisfied.

 

Remember that innings Yuvraj played in the WT20 final vs SL where he almost single-handedly  cost us the cup? People forgot about it and jumped back on the Yuvraj train soon after, including after our first match vs Pak in the CT.

After a defeat like this, atleast there would have been something to look forward to had young players were selected. But no, we will bear the torture of watching Rahane open the innings and then watch Ashwin and that Mofo Jadeja(still can't get over that Pandya run out) bowl while Pant and kuldeep carry drinks for them. Jadeja should go home and freshen up . He had a new baby to look forward to.

 

Yuvi is done. He should just go home.

 

Pant should play at least half the games as wkt keeper ( in place of dhoni)and half as batsman ( in place of yuvi or as an opener replacing rohit)

 

Shami should play the whole series..may be rested for T-20.

 

Send another pacer and rest bhuvi / umesh for half the matche

 

Send another spinner as replacement of jadeja.
