Didn't watch his batting in this tournament. But let him play this whole tournament and fail properly before discarding him. The musical chairs of giving one or two chances need to stop. Back the players for atleast one full series.

Whatever happened to guys who could rotate strike never letting their strike rates go below 80 and accelerating when required.

Gill looks like one who could do that,its astonishing that the selectors are stuck with these tuk-tuks like Rayudu,Rahane etc.Is this Indian team or Pakistan,even those guys seem to have found some youngsters who can play ODI cricket

I am actually saying that there is some clear favouritism or even corruption in this selection. You only need to see him play two deliveries to know that he is not India caliber.

I would say corruption. The amount of money that goes around...it most is likely corruption.
