I think its fine to be disappointed . I would be mad if I was chucked out like he was . The fault was never his , inafct  he did very well to put himself in contention scoring runs consistently .

Shankar is a way better fielder. He won a match with his bowling in the last over. Also he has stalled a couple of collapses. Only thing he has to work on is shot selection. He has to be a bit more selfish.

Favouritism is everywhere, including cricket. Rayudu should feature in any team's world XI. KL Rahul has done very little in international cricket outside India to be in the team. Disappointing.

He scored against Honkong, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe lol He was found wanting against good pace bowling. He was playing like headless chicken against Australia. Also he is possibly one of the worst fielder ever to play for India. Brings absolutely nothing to the table. KL Rahul is a way better option. Shankar is not his competition as Prasad says. Shankar is a must with or without Rayudu as India has a grand total of 2 decent seam bowling all rounders in entire India and shankar is one of them. If anything i would even back Manish Pandey over him.

Shankar is a much better prospect than Rayudud in comparison & brings a lot to the table. His disappointment is understandable but he never truly belonged in the squad, now keep using those 3D glasses by staying off the team in future also & enjoy the WC at home.

They don't like Rayudu, therefore the decision to not select him is valid. Don't expect logic from emotional people

He knows his career is over and he has nothing to lose. He should have never been selected in the first place.He is no way one of best batsmen in the country at any point in his career.There is nothing in his game to suggest he ever had that talent to wear Indian cap.

His fault is that he is incapable of scoring agaisnt quality pace n bounce......

When u select a national team their is no place for emotion. N go check his record against poor sides vs good sides ...also do check his s/r + his poor fielding.
