Should Kohli start eating meat again?

Top athletes have high level dietitians/nutritionists to advise them, so if something is lacking in their diet I am sure they are taking steps to include that in some form or the other.

Ishant doesn't eat meat yet comfortably bowls long spells. Yuvraj never ate meat but was packed with power. Djokovic with a vegan diet has set Himalayan standards when it comes to fitness.

Kohli's problem has to do with form (happens to everybody) and mental clutter. Captaining India in 3 formats (and RCB) for so many years has taken its toll, doesn't need to change diet, needs to remove self-imposed pressure by stepping down as skipper in a couple of formats.

Stupidity.

This thread.

Asking a vegan to eat meat is like asking sm ppl here to upgrade their iq so they don't create low quality nonsense threads.

Both not possible.

edit: apologies if I sounded a bit rude

Djokovic eats fish. Ishant is prone to injuries. Yuvraj was known more for his timing of the ball than his power. I'm not eating meat bring more to the table. But it does give a slight advantage.

He needs atleast 200 gms of protein everyday to repair muscles. Hard to get itthru vegetables. Need meat or supplements.

venus williams , jermain defoe wilshere are all vegans too (pretty sure there are many more). There are plenty of supplements out there to cover up too.. no need to be a animal product consumer to be a star performer.

He should but then again watching the halat of meat eating  beastly  teams like Sl,Wi,Bang and Pak, May be he should either continue being vegan or go on an all liquid diet :)

Food for thought (no pun intended)
