Ajinkya Rahane says Virat & Ravi Shastri stole credit from him for historic Aussie test series victory!

Kohli has won only one series against weakest Australian side. Rahane did opposite by beating strong Australian xi with weak Indian side. Even 2017 BGT was won by rahane the captain not kohli. With the kind of players & resources kohli had and opposition he has faced he hasn't really achieved anything to be called great test captain by his PR & fake fans.

Having said that I do believe Rahane would perform better as skipper and batsman if allowed to lead

If he had scored a couple of centuries and maintainted a 35-38 average in the one year after the Australia tour, he would have been made captain. It is his fault for letting go of his best chance to become full time captain.

Been informed that Rahane has solid backing of Thakrey famiglia. No surprise he smiles at those suggesting his career is over.

He is not wrong. I respect him for this achievement. But please don't make me feel bad for him lmao. I do not want him in the team regardless. He has served well for us. It is time to move on.

Exactly. Valiant 35-40s would have saved this idiot. He really shot himself in the foot with this subpar performances. He is the GOAt captain. Undisputed. Undefetaed captain.

So basically he is saying that  all credit was given to Kohli and so fans remember this win as Kohli’s victory.

Thats nice

Obviously, No one remembers a temporary captain.

Also, he has started licking Rohit's boot now.

He should be grateful to Kohli actually for picking a trash batsman like him for 5 years continuously even though he is the worst investment in history of Indian cricket, and is retiring with a sub 40 average.

Rahane is the perfect example of that saanp friend, das liya bure time mai.

He is a nobody, as he himself said no one gives him credit for Australia tour and no one remembers him.

His own words btw.

Absolutely I couldnt even believe how in oval second innings in the flattest of pitches he got out for 2 when even Bumrah was thrashing the bowlers. That was enough to show his batting has gone to donkeys. Even in that innings of 2 he was luckily saved by drs 1 over ago.

You are actually saying the polar opposite,no fan gives Kohli credit for that win, Kohli's downfall only fuelled from that Epic series win

If it were the case ,he would have still continued
