I hated listening to how good the commentators thought India were at home and the players acting like they were superstars. I will repeat again. Australia will literally tear the Indian batting lineup next summer. This NZ was just bashed by Australia. India wont know what hit them. The Test Championship is a joke. The lessons India can learn from all of this is that they need to continually look to improve the team. Team India fails to do this and therefore sticks with same team. Controversially, I would have had KL and Gill in this team. KL has had form and success and given what the batting lineup has done so far, I dont think its possibly to do any worse. Im going to be bold here and say that our bowlers are going to struggle here. Bumrah, Shami and Sharma will struggle when they bowl. Hope Im wrong. Its a shame that ...you had to say this....One bad game and you are all over the team...India did very well in SA.....Moderately well in Eng...even the scoreline doesn't show that.......Did superb in Australia...One bad game in NZ and you are upset....This team is miles ahead of what we had in 2000s ...And we haven't lost the game yet....there are still 4 days to go....Our pace trio has continuously taking 20 wickets in most of the matches.....they might do the same here also.....If the pitch becomes flat, then they might struggle.....but if the pitch remains the same, then we have enough firepower to get them cheaply...Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk SrinjayDutta 1

Infact baring that mammoth AUS series last year and first SAF series I don't recall any decent SENA +WI performance from him. .He has till now played 10 SENA + WI series. This is his 11th. I am not one for comparisons between eras - but that team had better batting + Kumble was better in SENA than Ashwin/Jadeja + more resilience, but this team has better pace bowling. vayuu1 Posted February 21, 2020 Posted February 21, 2020 One thing I have noticed is, all the players currently don't have decisive footwork against swing,i agree that these are tough conditions, but we have seen earlier guys not necessarily Dravid or Tendulkar, were decisive in their footwork and use to play with soft hands, also in such conditions leaving the ball is also aggressive cricket, take Kohli for example, he chased a ball he easily could have left or aggarwal ,vihari and Shaw were poor footwork,one has to play late to counter swing and use depth of crease, a guy like Jamieson or southie aren't exactly express so should have been countered relatively better, I am not criticizing the team, but saying that swing has been our bane, but we havent done a lot to remove the bad habits . Feel that he needs to be a bit more positive. Lets the bowlers bowl to him. It was a good toss to win in overcast conditions...

Pujara and Vihari get peaches, Kohli and Mayank rank bad shots, while baby Shaw is not international test class, school boy dismissal in big boys league. Kya technique hain uska.
