Stop under estimating the performance of Axar. It's a mind blowing performance from someone playing his 2nd test. Sometimes you guys take performances for granted.

I am not taking his performance for granted but I have never seen more awful batting than this from both sides.Axar will be exposed on flat pitches.

It seems you ain't happy with this victory !!

No I am not. This is farce and not really test cricket. Might as well play in paddy fields than on such shambolic pitches. That the TM has had to resort to such appalling tactics only undersells the immense capability which this team showed a month ago. Gains from the Aus tour have been done away in a matter of three tests.

Also, tens of thousands of fans have bought tickets for the weekend and have been cheated due to a pathetic and substandard pitch. Next time onwards, if host teams give us grasslands we should not complain.

Yes this what we need. And not the Chennai kinda pitch which started turning on day 3. Should be a road until session 14 . Like the ones we had in India-Englamd 2016.

Yeah let someone score a triple.

Even on a road does anybody think this batting line up can score big?

Inspires zero confidence

Nothing can be done if both batting lineup produce a **** show in the first 3 innings. Lakhs of people might have bought the ticket but they can't control the skillsets of the batsmen.  Both captains have alluded to that fact as well as the impact of pink ball

Also wtf are you taking about regarding throwing away gains of Aus tour. You are unnecessarily being finicky

We never complain when they give grasslands. Hell in n.z last time there was more grass on the pitch than the outfield.

So refreshing to hear players talk confidently in Hindi. Some players are made to look so silly by talking in a language they are not experts on.

Yeah, our players should just speak in their mother tongue if that is what they are comfortable in. We don't see the likes of Ronaldo, Messi etc speak in English, so why should our players struggle with English?

We should complain if those grasslands lead to 1.5 day matches.

The problem isn’t that England lost “unfairly” or any crap like that. Arguably, it’s only because the BCCI has been getting crap pitches prepared that England was able to steal a match in the series. On fair pitches the Indian team is superior to this English team.

The problem is that this pitch led to the match being over in 5 sessions. And it only lasted that long because England messed up and chose 3 seamers. If they had Moeen Ali and Bess in their side, the game might have been over in the morning session today.

WTH is up with Yuvraj tweeting stupidity criticising the pitch and suggesting that Harbhajan and Kumble might have got 800 and 1000 wickets respectively on this.
What does he gain by this ? Is he mad ? He was crap against spin anyways. Would have got a pair. He had also started talking nonsense just like his father
