Axar, ground staff, BCCI IPL team test covid positive in Mumbai, BCCI says too late to shift matches

Wtf is wrong in hosting it in UAE?  Covid is already out of control in Maharashtra.

Or else move it in cities up north where situation is much much stable.

Dharamsala,  Dehradun,  Mohali can be great options.  Absolutely ridiculous from BCCI..  What's the point of having so many venues when you are not using it?

Why would ipl be canceled or postponed? While traveling some positives are bou d to happen, as we saw with CSK team in UAE. Its how baord will handle which will make the difference

And that too when we don't have spectators.

If they weren't going to allow crowds, what's the point of hosting matches in India anyway? Should have continued hosting in UAE

Cost of accommodations, travel etc. must have been a driving factor. However, hosting it in India with the apparent second wave is not going to fare as BCCI expected it to. Hopefully, they are able to pull it off and more importantly none of the players/staff are impacted by COVID.
