Was in ICU for quite a while. Sad news, we have lost a legend. Though often used I think the words 'end of an era' hold true in this case.

Second most national awards (male playback) behind Yesudas.

Om Shanti. Too sad , feels like somebody in the family has passed away. We didn’t have a TV growing up and only entertainment was radio. Songs of his were heard on a daily basis and his voice was so familiar that we felt he was one among the family. How many people did this wretched wuhan virus take away?
