India does need to loose 4-1 or 5-0 to england to help dethrone the shastri kohli combo 

 

it’s a given that under kohli we are not going to win much . We forget cheerleader as he has fed into kohli ego . 
 

a heavy defeat usually allows for fresh blood . Enough good batters and a captain in waiting ( let the pant - Dravidian combo era begin - we shall be a led by a truly fearless cricketer backed by a master tactician and technician )

Nope. I pray for a situation where TM is forced to play more youngsters, rookies and these guys shine like they did in Australia. 

 

Let us win the series but on the backs of the likes of Pant, Gill, Sundar, Siraj, Thakur plus (performing) non-politicking seniors like Rohit, Shami, Ashwin, Jadeja etc.

We don't hv to pray.   Under kohli , we are bound to lose the Eng series and the upcoming WT20 .      BTW,  another news coming up is that the WT20 will be held in UAE in Oct 2021.    So, our loss in that tournament will not hurt that much, as we are no longer the host nation.  (Kuch izzat bach gaya )

We went back to Rohit, who is scoring sweet 30s, so is Gill.

Kohli targetting Pujara and himself out of form

Rahane brainfades

Pant hoicks in most inopportune moments,

Jadeja/Ashwin syndrome

Siraj/Ishant conundrum

Bumrah out of form

Shami bowling down the leg twice every over

 

India will come to play only after two tests, usual story. 

They should know how to draw tests like they did in Sydney. Otherwise expectthe same result as last 3 series

 

But, having said all these, I will never wish they lose the series in any way. Go India

India will be highly competitive in the series, won't be a whitewash or any of that kind of surrender. The thing to look forward will be the pitches dished out as England might be in mood for some retribution for pitches they encountered in India.
