From 1970 onwards, India have won more Tests in Australia (7) than they have in India (5).

This team has come one full circle. Started with Kohli taking over from Dhoni here 4 years ago. Great team. Great for test cricket in India.

Always knew Kohli’s india would achieve great things but they had to get past team selections and passengers in the team. Thats what they did in the 3rd and 4th tests and deserved the series win!

 

massive respect added to the indian cricket team now. Truly the number 1 test side. What a great achievement!!

Special mention to Captain Kohli who to me is the greatest Indian test captain already. Would have his legacy cemented further if he gets more tests and series wins abroad (WTC coming soon!)

What a day.  Been waiting long for such a day.  As much as I wanted and thought that we'd win at least one of the SA or England tours, it somehow feels right for this champion team to win their first big away series in Australia.  A good beginning for this juggernaut team.  Bigger things coming!!

Historic historic win! Should have been 3-1 if not for the weather. Hats off to Pujara and Bumrah. After the 2nd test, I think the think tank has started to click. Too bad this happened at the end of overseas tours. 

 

Anyway better later than never! Jai Ho Kohli. Bewda, chal tera saat khoon map, magar tera malt-barley ka lovechild ko swikaar nahin kar paaunga mein!
